Apart from the Czech Republic, the opponents of our national team in the qualifiers will be Slovakia and Hungary.
The head coach of the BH futsal team, Mirko Čampara, says about the preparations:
“We have already done four training sessions and we are preparing for the qualifications that await us in Brno. Only one team from the group will make it through, and all futsal teams are of high quality. I hope that we will show our true face at the tournament and adequately respond to the task. As for the health conditions, we have some minor injuries, but that will be overcome through preparations and I believe that all the players will be ready.”
Čampara also added:
“We have a great atmosphere in the national team, and these girls who have been here for a long time are responsible for that. We will do our best to achieve a good result in the qualifiers, even though by qualification for the main round we are among the 16 best women’s futsal teams in Europe, which itself is a great success.”
The national team player, Branka Bagarić, said:
“Since the formation of the women’s futsal national team, I have been a part of this team and I can say that this team is constantly improving. The girls invest in themselves and we come to national team’s gatherings in good shape. We are ready for the upcoming qualifications and expect to make a good result. We work to the maximum in a great atmosphere. That is one of our assets before this tournament and I hope that we will qualify for the finals of the European Championship.”
The futsal national team will prepare in Zenica until Monday when they travel to the Czech Republic.
