The workshop was led by UEFA Grassroots mentor Vladimir Luptak, and participants were welcomed by FFBiH General Secretary Adnan Džemidžić.
This visit is part of the self-evaluation process within the implementation of the FFBiH Grassroots Charter Plan for the 2024-2028 period, approved by UEFA. Luptak’s visit represents an important segment of a multi-year program aimed at analyzing and improving the Federation’s grassroots activities in line with UEFA standards and recommendations. During the three-day visit, meetings, workshops, and discussions were held with FFBiH representatives about past results and future steps in implementing the program.
FFBiH Grassroots Manager Bojan Aćimović said after the workshop: "We’re pleased to have hosted the UEFA Grassroots mentor. Over these three days, we discussed the implementation of our Grassroots Charter Plan, exchanged experiences, and received valuable guidance that’ll help us further improve our activities. This visit was an important step in developing our grassroots strategies and a confirmation that we’re on the right path, aligned with UEFA’s grassroots philosophy."
FFBiH will continue working with UEFA to develop projects and activities that promote, grow, and expand football in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a special focus on involving children, youth, and recreational players in football activities.
