The UEFA Executive Committee members elected for the next four years are: Frank Paauw (Netherlands), Gabriele Gravina (Italy), Hans-Joachim Watzke (Germany), Marijan Kustić (Croatia), Ari Lahti (Finland), Aivar Pohlak (Estonia), Armen Melikbekyan (Armenia), and Lisa Klaveness (Norway).
For the two-year term, Rafael Louzán (Spain) and Moshe Zuares (Israel) were elected.
The UEFA representatives elected to the FIFA Council for a four-year term are Răzvan Burleanu (Romania), Georgios Koumas (Cyprus), Bernd Neuendorf (Germany), Dejan Savićević (Montenegro), and Pascale Van Damme (Belgium).
Claudius Schäfer was also confirmed as the European leagues' representative on the UEFA Executive Committee for a four-year term.
Honorary membership in the UEFA Executive Committee was awarded to David Gill, Karl-Erik Nilsson, and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge in recognition of their contributions to UEFA and European football.
The Congress also reviewed and approved UEFA's 2023/24 financial report, along with the 2024/25 budget.
Each year, UEFA observes a moment of silence in memory of football figures lost in the previous 12 months. In 2025, European football mourned icons such as Andreas Brehme, Helmut Duckadam, Doris Fitschen, Denis Law, Johan Neeskens, and Salvatore Schillaci.
The next UEFA Congress is scheduled to take place on February 12, 2026, in Brussels.
