Coach Barbarez said: "As always, we’re preparing, analyzing, spending a lot of time in front of screens, and paying attention to every detail because that’s necessary. Of course, we have an idea we’ll try to execute on the field. Surely, they’ll also feel some pressure, even though they’re dominant on the field. They played that way against the Netherlands, and most likely nothing will change against us. Individual quality will matter a lot, both for them and for us. I tell the boys, it’s not important just to have a duel but also to have the will to win it. That difference will decide tomorrow's match: wanting to win the duel, and if we’re good in that segment, we can accomplish something positive."
Ermedin Demirović stated: "I wouldn’t say it’s an advantage that we know them. Everyone knows what Germany's team represents and who their players are. I know many of them from the league, and I play with some of them in my club. Despite that, we’ll analyze them like we do with every team. We’ve prepared well, and we’re going to give our maximum and see what we can take from the game."
Demirović also added that he’s spoken to his Stuttgart teammates about the upcoming game: "We’ve talked a lot about it, but all in a joking manner, so to speak. We’ve had plenty of time. I tried to scare them a bit about the stadium, the fans, I told them it’ll even feel like a different sport, that they’ve never experienced anything like it. They’re coming to win this game, but of course, it would mean a lot to me if we take those three points so I can joke with them in the locker room."
The Dragons will hold a training session today at 15:00 in Butmir as usual.
