In the derby match on the auxiliary field of the Rođeni stadium in Mostar, second-placed Emina will host third-placed Radnik Bumerang on April 12 at 16:30.
Emina’s head coach Zijo Tojaga said ahead of the match: “This weekend we’re playing at home, and we expect a tough match. Unfortunately, we’re dealing with some injuries, so our lineup will be a bit different. Still, I have full trust in every girl stepping on the pitch - they’re all ready to give their best. We know our goal, and we’re going after it together with full effort, team spirit, and a desire to win in front of our fans. Radnik is a young and talented team full of energy and potential. It won’t be easy, but I believe in our preparation, work, and cohesion.”
Emina’s player Milica Denda said: “We used the international break in the best possible way and we’re ready for the opponent. We’ve already beaten them twice this season and we hope to do the same on Saturday and keep the 3 points in Mostar.”
Radnik coach Dragan Jevtić thinks the derby will be decided by some fine margins: “We expect a very difficult match against a strong Emina. Derby matches always come with extra weight, and details will decide the outcome. We prepared well, and I trust my team. We know what to expect in Mostar, but we’ve got our own goals and we’ll give everything to return home with a positive result.”
Radnik defender Dragana Dimitrić added: “The team’s atmosphere is great. Everyone’s motivated and fully aware of the match’s importance. Emina has a strong lineup and they’ve got home advantage, but we’re coming to show character and fight. If we play with discipline and heart, I believe we can get a good result.”
In the other Championship Round match, SFK 2000 will face Leotar at Otoka stadium in Sarajevo on April 13 at 15:00. One Relegation Round match is scheduled for April 13 at 16:30 - Iskra will host Sloboda at Jaklić stadium in Bugojno. Libero will have a bye in the first round.
