As in the previous three editions, the finals once again saw SFK 2000 and Radnik Bumerang face off, with the Sarajevo-based club claiming the "Amela Fetahović-Žgoljo" trophy for the fourth time. After twenty minutes of play, the score was tied at 1:1, but the maroon team secured victory with a 7:6 win in a penalty shootout.
In the third-place match, FK Sarajevo defeated FK Fortuna 3:0. In addition to these four teams, the tournament also featured Leotar, Respekt, Libero, and Iskra.
Jovana Lana Novaković from ŽFK Radnik Bumerang was recognized as the player whose style of play most closely resembles that of Amela Fetahović. The top scorer was Nikolina Vujadin from SFK 2000 Sarajevo, while the best goalkeeper award went to Hana Karačić from FK Sarajevo.
Awards for the best teams and individuals were presented by FFBiH General Secretary Adnan Džemidžić, Executive Director for National Teams and Education Darko Ljubojević, Senior Associate for Women’s Football Ivana Vlaić, SFK 2000 head coach Samira Hurem, WU-15 national team coach Dragan Jevtić, and Amela’s brother Amel Fetahović.
