A competition such as the Women's U-17 European Championship, which will be held in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 3 to 15 May 2022, deserves the best possible ambassadors, and there is no better choice for this role than the captains of the men's and women's "A" national teams, Edin Džeko and Milena Nikolić.

14 February 2022The City of Mostar is the cultural, political, and economic center of Herzegovina and the administrative center of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton / County. The city is located on the Neretva River, and according to the latest census from 2013, it has about 105,000 inhabitants, including suburbs.

14 February 2022Representatives of the BH FF met today in the City Hall of the City of Mostar with the Mayor Mario Kordić and the President of the City Council Salem Marić.
The topic of conversation was the organization of the European Football Championship for female cadets, players under the age of 17, which would be held from 3rd to 15th May 2022 in four cities: Mostar, Široki Brijeg, Zenica and Sarajevo.
Competition format
14 February 2022Eight teams will participate in the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championships. The only known participant is the host national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the other seven participants will be known after the second round of qualifications, which will be held across the Europe from 10th to 30th March.
