After tonight’s match of the first round of the European Championship with the Netherlands, the head coach of the WU-17 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ilija Lucić, said:
“I congratulate the Netherlands on their victory. I don’t think we deserved such a high defeat, especially after the introductory twenty minutes that we played very well. I would like to thank the audience for their support, they created a nice ambience. We entered the match well, but later we did not physically manage to parry the opponent. We will try until the next match to correct the mistakes we made and to refresh the players. We will have to fix certain things on defence and not allow the opponent so many interruptions in the shot zone.”
The next match at the EURO, the BH team will be played against Denmark in the BH FF Training Centre in Zenica on 6th May at 14:00 h.
