The NS/FS BiH Training Centre in Zenica was built with a clear vision: to become a place for developing generations of young footballers and a modern base for all national teams. It is one of the highest-quality sports complexes in Southeast Europe, designed according to FIFA and UEFA standards.
The complex includes multiple natural and artificial pitches, modern locker rooms, fitness centres, analysis and medical facilities, and accommodation for athletes and technical staff. Everything is aligned with the requirements of modern football, enabling national teams to train, prepare, and recover at the highest possible standards.
The centre hosts youth team camps, coach education, official seminars, and key events within NS/FS BiH. It is conceived and built as a long-term investment in the future of Bosnian football, representing a central hub for national sporting development.
During the UEFA Women’s Under-19 European Championship 2026, the Training Centre will serve a dual role:
- as the training and preparation venue for all participating teams,
- and as a host for selected tournament matches, thanks to its infrastructure and international certification.
The centre provides a calm and controlled environment, making it ideal for youth national teams that require maximum concentration, safety, and professional conditions. Zenica, as the home of this sports complex, further enhances functionality with excellent geographic connectivity and experience in organising international competitions.
