The futsal team of Bosnia and Herzegovina is placed in Group F of the preliminary qualifying round with the selected teams of Turkey, Switzerland and Scotland.

The head coach Ivo Krezo expects a good result in the qualifications:

“We can be happy with the group in the preliminary round. We expect to qualify to the main round of qualifications and I believe that we will realise this. Let’s go step by step. If we successfully skip the first obstacle, we will think about the opponents in the main round.”

The tournament of Group F will be held from 29^th January to 3^rd February 2019 in our country, and the two first-ranked teams will be promoted to the main round.

The group winner will have Russia and Croatia in the main round for its opponents, as well as the runner-up from Group E of the preliminary round (Belgium, Sweden, Armenia or Malta).

The runner-up will compete in Group 6 of the main round with the teams from Serbia, France and the winner of group E of the preliminary round.

Tournaments of the main round are scheduled from 22^nd to 27^th October 2019.
