Legacy

Germany and Spain will play in the final of the European Championship for female cadets. This is the outcome of today’s semi-final matches that were played in Zenica and Sarajevo. First, Germany defeated France 1:0 in Zenica, and Spain was better than the Netherlands with 3:0 at the Grbavica.

Today, the BH FF Training Centre in Zenica hosted the first semi-final match of the European Female Cadet Championship, which is being held in our country this year.

The U-17 national team players of Bosnia and Herzegovina finished their appearance at the European Championship in the group stage, but only positive things can be learned from the matches with the strongest European national teams. The experience that our young football players have gained in the past few days will benefit them throughout their entire career.

The European Championship is entering its finals, and what awaits us until 15th May, when the finals are scheduled at the Grbavica Stadium, are the fights for medals and qualification for the World Cup in India for the three best teams. Germany and the Netherlands from Group A, and Spain and France from Group B made it to the finals. After the group stage, Denmark, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, and Norway finished the competition. Even three national teams from the last semi-final, which was played in Bulgaria in 2019, found themselves in the finals again.

The European Championship for female cadets is entering the finals, and the most interesting thing is coming. Of the eight teams that played in the final tournament, remained four that showed the most.
