One of the main topics of the seminar was the analysis of the work of the match delegates engaged in the matches of the BH Premier League, as well as in the matches of youth competitions. Through a detailed review of their activities and procedures in the autumn part of the championship, match delegates had the opportunity to reflect on their performance and identify areas for improvement. This analysis provided useful insights into best practices and challenges that match delegates face in their work.
In addition, the match delegates got acquainted with the current relevant legal regulations of the BH FF, and the lectures covered the following topics: “Instructions on the performance of duties of match delegates”, “Regulations on criteria, evaluation and ranking of match delegates”, “Working meeting – briefing” and “Crisis group (processes and procedures)”.
The lecturers at the seminar were members of the BH FF Competition Committee, Ivan Frljić, Mirsad Drljević, Dušan Marković, Suad Salibašić, Mile Mandić and Vladimir Glavaš, then Željko Radonja and Lejla Hamza-Salihović from the Federation’s administration.
The chairman of the Competition Committee, Ivan Frljić, said:
“At today’s seminar, through the analysis of the autumn part of the competition, we pointed out some mistakes in the work, so that they would not be repeated, and we will start the spring part of the championship even more prepared. We also covered various topics that will mean a lot to the match delegates in their further work. In general, we are satisfied with the work of the match delegates. There were no major mistakes and we are sure that they will maintain a high level in the rest of the competition.”
Radika Marić, a match delegate from Bijeljina, also commented on the seminar:
“Considering that I am one of the older match delegates and that I have been in the Premier League for a long time, I can say that the seminars organized by the BH FF are getting better and better every year. It was a pleasure to be here today because the seminar was well prepared. We also saw where we made mistakes in the past period, listened to lectures on important topics, and we readily welcome the continuation of the competition.”
All match delegates passed the test on knowledge of regulations.
