The title of the country’s champion was won by the SFK 2000 Sarajevo team, which beat Emina with 6:0 in Butmir today.
The head coach of SFK 2000, Samira Hurem, said after the match:
“I congratulate players and my technical staff on another title. Each year, we set the highest goals in front of us, and we achieved one. We will also have the Cup Final, where we also want to win the trophy. Today we played against the quality team of Emina. There are other teams that have raised the quality of this competition and that will surely bring us good things in the future. I thank the FF BH, as well as all those who support both us and women’s football in BH.”
The FF BH general secretary Adnan Džemidžić, the executive director of the sports sector Elmir Pilav and the member of the Competition Committee Rudolf Marić presented the players of SFK 2000 with the cups and medals.
In the second match of the League for the Champion, yesterday, Iskra beat Lokomotiva with 1:0 in its away match in Brčko.
SFK 2000 Sarajevo finished the championship first with 58 points ahead of Iskra (43), Emina (39) and Lokomotiva (27).
