- Introduction
Welcome to the Privacy Policy for the TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА mobile application (hereinafter: TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА).
We are the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulevar Meše Selimovića 95, 71000 Sarajevo, ID: 4200991430001 (hereinafter: FFBiH).
FFBiH respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy informs you about how we protect your data when you use TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА, and how data protection regulations safeguard you.
FFBiH is the data controller for your personal data.
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to users of the TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА mobile application. The Privacy Policy relating to personal data of players displayed in TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА and in the TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА subsection on the FFBiH website in the Regulations section is separate.

During your use of TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА we may collect:

Data is collected through your use of TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА and the device on which TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА is installed.

Processing of personal data necessary for the functioning of TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА is required for the execution of the contract in which the data subject (you) is a party, as provided by Article 8, paragraph (1), item b) of the Personal Data Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The contract is concluded by your acceptance of the Terms of Use of TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА, where FFBiH undertakes to enable you to use TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА, and you undertake to use it as provided in the Terms of Use.
Processing of data not essential for functioning, such as information on how you use TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА, is based on the legitimate interest of FFBiH to improve functionalities and provide a better user experience. The right to process data on the basis of legitimate interest is provided by Article 8, paragraph (1), item b) of the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- How We Use Collected Data
Device information is used to optimize functionality, ensure compatibility, personalize experience based on language settings, and improve security and prevent misuse (e.g., detection of suspicious activity).
Usage data (choices, preferences) helps FFBiH understand how users interact with TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА, adapt content and recommendations, and improve user experience.
Location information is used to provide relevant content and services based on user location, such as local information or services, and to analyze usage in different regions.
Performance data is used for diagnosing technical problems, improving stability, identifying and correcting errors, and enhancing overall quality of the application.

When you use TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА we may use cookies to ensure optimal functionality and collect information on usage. Cookies may be installed by FFBiH or third parties. Information collected this way will be used to improve user experience and add new functionalities.
- Data Security
As data controller we take appropriate security measures to prevent accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized use of your personal data. During transfer, your data is always encrypted and transmitted over a secure connection.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, complete security is never possible. We have established procedures to address information incidents and procedures to notify you and the supervisory authority without delay about suspected breaches of personal data, as required by law.
- Data Sharing
Personal data collected from you is kept confidential. However, to fulfill processing purposes, we may make it available to certain business partners. In such cases, we will take necessary measures to ensure confidentiality. We do not allow partners to use your personal data for their own purposes or for purposes other than those initially collected.
TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА displays current data from COMET, the competition management platform under FFBiH, developed by our partner Analyticom d.o.o. For maintenance purposes, Analyticom acts as processor and may access personal data from TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА.
When required by law or other regulations, data collected through TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА must be made available to public authorities authorized to process it in performing their tasks.
- Personal Data Transfer to Another Country or International Organization
Personal data collected through the use of TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА are not transferred to a third country, to parts of its territory, to one or more sectors within that country, or to an international organizations that do not provide adequate protection under the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Automated Decision-Making
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or significantly affect you. Processing of personal data in TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА does not currently include automated decision-making.
- Data Retention Periods
Personal data collected through TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА is retained as long as necessary to achieve specific purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
Device and technical data (IP address, language settings, device model, operating system version, application version) are retained during your use of TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА and may be kept for a reasonable period afterward for diagnostics, security, and functionality improvement.
Usage data (choices, preferences, interactions) may be retained after you stop using TRIBINA/ТРИБИНА for analysis and service improvement, but will be anonymized or deleted when no longer needed.
Location data is retained only as long as necessary to provide location-based services and will not be kept longer than required. Aggregated location data may be retained longer for analysis and service improvement.

FFBiH reserves the right to periodically amend this Privacy Policy. If FFBiH makes significant changes to how your personal data is treated, or to the Privacy Policy itself, FFBiH will notify users through appropriate means, such as email.
Please review changes carefully. If you agree, continue using our services. If you object to any change and no longer wish to use our services, you may close your account. Unless otherwise indicated, the current FFBiH Privacy Policy applies to all data we hold about you. By continuing to use FFBiH services after notification of changes, you acknowledge and agree to the amended Privacy Policy.
